Registration

By Mr. Al Steen

Registration for the 2006-2007 school year is being conducted by mail this year! Many parents have asked us to conduct a mail in registration as it is hard to come to school on a specific date due to vacations and other commitments.

Registration packets are being mailed to families the week of July 24. Upon receiving these packets we ask that you immediately fill out the appropriate forms, enclosed the registration fee, and return the forms as soon as possible. Your prompt attention and response is greatly appreciated.

Parents new to the district may feel more comfortable in registering in person. If this is the case, please come to the superintendent’s office to be helped with the forms and have any questions answered between 7:15 AM and 11:15 PM, as we are reserving this time to work on registrations during the work day.

We expect to have some “snags” develop as we try to implement the new registration process. Our goal is to make registration as easy as possible for our parents. Please do not hesitate to contact us at 947-4329 with any questions you have regarding registration.

Text Box: High school students need to pickup their class schedule in the office after August 1
Our guidance counselor, Mr. Hudek, will be available August 21-23, should any student need assistance in making schedule changes.

Hot Lunch Prices & Procedures

Here are the guidelines for the proper management of the hot lunch program.

Citing the state guidelines for funded programs (CNP#1, Section 2#8-Claim for reimbursement) no more than one lunch per student per day is reimbursable whether paid, free, or at a reduced price.

Students in grades 7-12 with family account balance at a          -$20.00 cannot eat hot lunch until money is placed into their lunch account.

The cost of the school lunches are as follows:

Breakfast = $1.15

K- 6 Student Lunch = $1.65

7 - 12 Student Lunch = $1.70

Adult Lunch = $2.30

Milk = $0.20

Juice = $0.30

If you do not wish a family account, please notify Paula in the Superintendent’s office. (947-4329)
