SPECIAL BOARD			A special board meeting of the Hinton Community School
MEETING			District Board of Directors was held in the Central Office on
			Wednesday, October 8, 2008.
CALL TO ORDER			The meeting was called to order at 6:06 p.m. by
			Vice President, Ed Vondrak.
QUORUM			Roll call was conducted by Superintendent, Al Steen.
			Members Present:  Lynette Blanchard, Randy Riediger,
			Ed Vondrak, Steve Eddy.
			President Held entered at 6:14 p.m.
OTHERS PRESENT			Also in attendance was:  Al Steen, Superintendent
CONSENT ITEMS			Amended Agenda:  Motion by Riediger, Second by Blanchard,
			it was RESOLVED:  To approve the amended agenda.
			Motion carried 4-0.
WORK SESSION			Finances, Superintendent Evaluation, and several other miscellaneous
			items were discussed.
ADJOURN			Motion by Eddy, Second by Riediger, it was
			RESOLVED:  To adjourn the meeting at 8:17 p.m.
			Motion carried 5-0.
