5th Grade Teambuilding at Hillview
On September 16th, the 5th grade class spent the day at Hillview to work on their teamwork. Victoria DeVos, the county naturalist, organized several fun activities for the students. We started the morning with different team building activities that required the students to work together to solve a problem. The teachers were not allowed to give them any assistance. They also got to spend some time learning how to use a compass and work together to solve a navigational puzzle.

It's Book Fair Time
There will be a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level. Please make plans to visit our Book Fair and be involved in shaping your child's reading habits.
Book Fair Dates:
Monday, October 12th - Thursday, October 15th
Shopping Hours:
8:00 am - 12:00 pm daily / 3:30 - 4:00 pm Oct. 12th & 14th
5:00 - 8:00 pm during the evening parent teacher conferences on Oct. 13th & 15th

If you are unable to attend the Fair in person, we invite you to visit our online Book Fair at Our online Fair is available from October 9th & October 16th. We look forward to seeing you and your family at our Book Fair! Remember, all purchases benefit our school.
