4th graders had a fun time attending a Sioux City Symphony Orchestra concert at the beautiful Orpheum Theatre today. They heard some amazing music and even got to sing and play along on their recorders. What a great opportunity for our students!

There may not have been school today, but 5th and 6th graders from five area schools were working hard at the Hinton Band Festival. They showed off what they learned at a concert tonight. Great job by all the performers. A special thank you to all who made the day possible.

The 5th graders just finished reading Maniac Magee. Gotta end it in a fun way, right? Why not play a @breakoutedu game! Didn't quite get, one lock remained.
Parents, we are working to keep our students and staff healthy. If your child has a fever of 100.4 or greater with respiratory symptoms, they need to stay home until they are fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medication. We also will not allow a child who stays home in the morning not feeling well, to attend school in the afternoon. If you have any questions, please direct them to Nurse Tina.
